My mom has finally made the decision she wants a box garden! I feel like my parents have been thinking of one getting one for a very long time but never actually got to it. Back in the day we use to have a huge garden in the back yard right before the woods. As many of you who live around here know, it it almost impossible to go back there and last 30 seconds without getting 5 misquote bites when it is really hit and humid out. It was almost impossible to go out there. Eventually we just gave up on gardening for a few years. But now the Anichini Family is back! My mom decided she wanted it closer to the house where is wasn't so buggy and would be closer to the house. So on Memorial Day we had a BBQ and made a box garden :)
and it now looks like this.....It will take some time, but we are all excited to eat fresh veggies!
