My dad was voted to be in the first ever Hall Of Fame for the Lakeland Little League. We are all so proud of him and all service he has put in over the years. Here are just some of the things he has accomplished while in the League:
He has been in charge of getting together all the sponsors for the teams every year
He Helped in the making of Spencer Field.
Has participated in every age group as either the manager or coach.
He has been the manager or coach for three District Championship teams.
He has been the manager or coach for three State runner-up teams.
He has been the manager for a Regional qualifier team.
He has also put countless hours into running numerous tournaments over the years.
It might not sound like a lot to some people, but he has put in enough time for it to be a second job. Many Late nights at the office trying to finish things up so everything will go smoothly. He has sacrificed so much time and has helped so many people. He has made such a positive impact on the League and has helped make Lakland such a wonderful Little League that people from all over love.
