Friday night, we celebrated Texas' (Emily) 25th birthday! I was so happy to be able to spend some time with her and catch up. I met Texas a few years ago on our spring break trip to St. George (where I also met Sarah) and we have been friends ever since. Sarah and I drove down to Ogden to pick up Haley and see her new place. I am so proud of that girl and everything she has accomplished this last year. We met up with a ton of friends at The Pie down in Salt Lake, then headed to Texas' apartment after for some cake and ice cream. My favorite part was going around the table and listening to everyone's favorite memory about Texas. We sure had some good laughs!
